Integrity Test for Shop-In-Home Companies
$1000 Challenge
Sponsored by www.OpenMarketing.us & the OPEN DISCLOSURE ORGANIZATION
Presenting the challenge to everyone on their position for disclosure. Either
you are for disclosure or you are opposed to disclosure. Our position is
there can be no opposing point of view for those that believe in productivity,
ingenuity, and honesty and we welcome any challenge to opposing points of
view. While disclosure is by no means the only measure you should take to
make your decision on what contractor to hire you should still ask for referrals
as well as check the current and past work of the contractor you select for
yourself to make your best hiring decision.
Our $1000 challenge to any valid opposing point of view to disclosure becoming
a licensing requirement for all residential contractors and shop-in-home
companies. We firmly believe disclosure is a win-win situation for both consumers
and honest contractors, additionally the municipality that requires disclosure
as a licensing requirement also benefits. This challenge is based on the
premise that with consumer confidence comes consumer spending, which creates
market growth in the residential remodeling market. The challenge will be
paid to any bona fide charity of your choice. We do understand that the
inefficient, complacent, and dishonest people without integrity in business
will have many opposing points of view, they will not be considered. Since
this challenge will be on the World Wide Web it is limited to the United
States of America and its citizens. Any challenges must be accompanied with
a full legal name, address, and telephone number for a response. Anyone who
puts forth a challenge is put on notice that challenges will be posted on
our website for all to read, along with our response. Any and all challenges
will be discussed verbally over the phone and will be tape recorded, all
information will be public record. Any successful opposing point of view
will be awarded to one recipient only. One thousand dollars will be held
in escrow in Earthstar Bank, and this money will be awarded within a 90 day
period of acceptance of your view. The validity of all challenges submitted
will be judged by a third party, non-political organization to be determined;
example consumer group, business organization, etc. When payment is
made, an additional $1000 would be replaced in the challenge account. There
would be a limit of 3 successful challenges to be awarded.
YOUR INPUT IS APPRECIATED
